Khalil receives the Vice President of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA)

خليل يستقبل نائب رئيس الوكالة التركية للتعاون والتنسيق (تيكا) 

 عمّان – استقبل مدير عام مؤسسة الخط الحديدي الحجازي الأردني، الدكتور زاهي خليل، في مكتبه اليوم، نائب رئيس الوكالة التركية للتعاون والتنسيق (تيكا) يحيى جوشكون والوفد المرافق له ، وذلك في إطار تعزيز أواصر التعاون المشترك بين الجانبين.

واستعرض الجانبان الاجراءات التي سيتم اتخاذها لتسريع عملية الانجاز في اعمال الجارية حاليا في المتحف المتخصص بالسكك الحديدية الاردنية .

 وجرى خلال اللقاء بحث سبل تطوير التعاون الثنائي، حيث قام الجانبان بجولة ميدانية في مرافق متحف الخط الحديدي الحجازي، اطلعا خلالها على أبرز المعروضات والمقتنيات التاريخية التي توثق مسيرة السكك الحديدية ودورها في المنطقة والتي سيتم عرضها في اروقة المتحف .

وأكد الدكتور خليل عمق العلاقات الأخوية والتاريخية التي تربط المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية والجمهورية التركية، مشيدًا بمستوى التعاون القائم بين البلدين الصديقين في مختلف المجالات، لا سيما في مجال دعم إنشاء متحف متخصص بالسكك الحديدية، بما يسهم في الحفاظ على الإرث التاريخي وتعزيزه للأجيال القادمة.

من جانبه، أعرب جوشكون عن اعتزازه بالشراكة القائمة مع مؤسسة الخط الحديدي الحجازي الأردني، مؤكدًا حرص وكالة “تيكا” على استمرار التعاون وتقديم الدعم اللازم للمشاريع الثقافية والتراثية المشتركة، بما يعكس عمق العلاقات الثنائية ويخدم المصالح المشتركة بين البلدين .

Khalil Receives the Deputy President of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA)

 Amman – The Director General of the Jordan Hejaz Railway Corporation, Dr. Zahi Khalil, received today in his office the Deputy President of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA), Yahya Coşkun, and the accompanying delegation, within the framework of strengthening mutual cooperation between the two sides.

The two sides reviewed the procedures that will be taken to accelerate the completion of the ongoing works currently being carried out at the specialized Jordanian Railway Museum.

 During the meeting, ways to further develop bilateral cooperation were discussed. The two sides also conducted a field tour of the facilities of the Hejaz Railway Museum, where they were briefed on the most prominent exhibits and historical collections documenting the history of railways and their role in the region, which will be displayed in the museum halls.

Dr. Khalil affirmed the deep fraternal and historical relations that bind the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Republic of Türkiye, praising the level of cooperation between the two friendly countries in various fields, particularly in supporting the establishment of a specialized railway museum, which contributes to preserving and promoting the historical heritage for future generations.

For his part, Coşkun expressed his pride in the existing partnership with the Jordan Hejaz Railway Corporation, emphasizing TİKA’s commitment to continuing cooperation and providing the necessary support for joint cultural and heritage projects, reflecting the depth of bilateral relations and serving the shared interests of both countries.
